Ingredients
1 fillo dough / 1 package of soy (or seitan) wurstels
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 200C.
Take the fillo dough out the refrigerator 5 minutes before open the package.
Cut the soy (or seitan) wurstel into small pieces (1-2 cm).
Roll out the dough and cut it vertically into 6 stripes. The cut it orizzontally in 3 so that you get 18 small square/recatngulars.
Place 1 piece of wurstel on 1 square/rectangule and wrap it. Continue with the others.
Bake at 200C for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
