Ingredients
1 bok choy / 1 carrot / 6 radishes / 10 cherry tomatoes / rucola / green salad / chilly / edible flowers / olive oil / salt / pepper / balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Rinse all the veggies and dry well.
In the meantime, prepare the vinegrette mixing oil, salt, pepper, chilly pieces and balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
Cut the veggies and put into a bowl. Add your vinegrette. Serve at room temperature.
