After a short assessment, depending on the individual needs we proceed with a DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE (total body or specific areas) to release tension and work on grounding and relaxation. I offer a mix of deep tissue massage with Thai and Shiatsu, fascia manipulation, and skin-pulling techniques.
We start in the Japanese room with a short intake to assess your specific needs and physical complaints. I offer suggestions and exercises while sipping tea.
I observe SILENCE during the massage.
Location: a Zen home-studio with bonsais and lush plants located in a quiet area of Diemen Noord (Amsterdam).
The session is held in a soothing environment with dimmed lights and candles, aromatherapy, and homemade oils. If you are allergic to oils, I'll use a water-based solution.

B) SPORT Massage (men & women)| 60 min Reduce soreness and increase mobility| €79
For athletes and people who workout a lot!
After a short assessment to assess your needs and physical complaints, we start a deep tissue massage combined with active stretching, a massage gun, and skin pulling.
This is not a soft or relaxing massage.
It's meant to help the lymph flow, assist with DOMs, and increase ROM.
Location: a Zen home-studio with plants in a quiet area of Diemen Noord (close to Ijburg, Amsterdam).

C) PRENATAL Massage | 60 min of self-love during pregnancy | €89
Relax muscle tension, reduce joint aches and migraines, and improve lymphatic and blood circulation
The massage doesn't include hands-on the belly/baby. You will lie down on the side and shortly on the back in an elevated position.
I observe silence during the massage. A cup of tea and homemade vegan treats are provided.
