Ingredients
1 cup raw almonds (soaked overnight in cool water) / 5 cups filtered water / 1 pinch sea salt / vanilla powder (optional) / sweetener of choice (optional)
Instructions
Add soaked almonds, water, salt, and any optional add-ins to a high speed blender. Blend till creamy and smooth (2 minutes).
Strain in a bowl using a thin clean dish towel. Pour over the almond milk, carefully gather the corners, and lift up. Then squeeze until all of the liquid is extracted.
Use the pulp adding it at a granola mix or over baked potatoes.
Transfer milk to a jar or covered bottle and refrigerate (up to 4-5 days). Shake well before drinking/warming up.
